Cllr Lynch elected Cathaoirleach of West Clare MD

Cllr Ian Lynch was elected as Cathaoirleach of the West Clare Municipal District at its AGM pn Thursday 22nd June, taking over the role from Cllr Shane Talty.
Cllr Joe Killeen was elected Leas Cathaoirleach for the West Clare MD.
